People are right about the long wait time. I DoorDash so I can't speak as to whether or not this applies to other ordering methods.
HOWEVER, let me break down why I don't mind.
The food is good first of all. Not "Oh my gosh, this is the best thing ever" good, but it's satisfying. Their sweet tea is perfection in a cup, and the biscuits are fluffy without being dry like a certain other chicken place.
But what I really love and why I don't mind the lengthy wait is that they have yet to get an order wrong. Y'all, we order out a lot, and the only places that consistently give us a correct order are the full-on restaurants. Every fast food place usually has something missing or not made as ordered. No problems like that with Church's.
Second, they label the freaking boxes!!! With a family of 5, this makes me super happy because we don't have to dig through each other's food to figure out what's what. Why don't more places do this?
I give them 5 stars. I'm happy to wait for food that is good and an order that's correct.

I love the food here, but the wait times are significantly long being fast food chain. The honey butter biscuits are so good and the Mac and cheese is hella good for a fast food chain. I'd definitely order again, but strongly recommend to order it at least an hour before you want it delivered.

I love DoorDash! When I placed my order it didn't take long to arrive, which everything was accurate. My meal was delicious, especially the honey buttered biscuit, and the sweet tea was very sweet and tasty, just how I like it. The mashed potatoes and cole slaw were also good. I will definitely be ordering from DoorDash again, seeing how their delivery service is really quick!

The 24 piece wings were fresh, perfectly seasoned, and the skin was crispy. I also liked the apple pie.
