The honey butter biscuits are fresh and really tasty - love them. While the chicken was freshly prepared and tasty, the order notes were missed/ignored. Previously, I would request white meat replacement and pay extra as the 8 piece chicken only comes with 2 pieces of white meat, which does not work for my family. I only received the standard 6 dark/2 white which resulted in having to find other options.

Good afternoon, I would like to express my disappointment with the order I received. The chicken was extremely burnt and very greasy, and it did not taste good at all. The quality of the food was not what I expected, and honestly it was a very unpleasant experience.
I hope you can better review the food preparation and follow up on this situation, as I expected to receive food in much better condition.

Tex Supreme Sandwich Combo was totally bland, no sauces just mayo chicken and white buns, tomatoes and lettuce as well. But got to say it was crunchy, just no taste at all
