Ordered the 3 piece with okra and got a 5 piece meal with soggy fries! Wish they would look over the food before bagging! This is the 3rd time they've messed up. The apple pies are always correct and nice & hot

ordered the feed a family of six, 9 Pieces Mixed Chicken & 12 Piece Texas Tenders™ Meal . I added a few extras to the order which they failed to include, our gallon and half gallon drinks, the extra order of six biscuits and then tried to argue when we went back to correct the issue. I had hoped that the 20% tip that I had included with my order would encourage some extra effort, it did not.
Would also like to mention that the " family sides " are no larger in size than those of a combo meal.
chicken was good but will consider other restaurants in the future, bit of a hassle.

It was good but the Jalapeño Cheese Bombers®bombers aren't as good as they use to be. The 3PC Chicken was okay. And the Baked Mac & Cheese was as brown on top as I would have liked.
