Chicken strips were good. The actual chicken pieces were burnt in spots. Sides were crap. Only had small containers for potatoes. Potatoes were powder and runny. The rice was mushy. Forgot my drink. Not a great experience.

Awful.....Paid almost $80 for a 16 pc family meal, only for my dasher to inform me they had no breasts or wings. No way to get a refund, cancel or edit my order, so I still paid the higher price for the breasts & wings which I didn't get. Didnt even accommodate by adding extra chicken. The sides were NOT full, and the mashed potatoes were runny. Don't even understand why they're still open b/c they're ALWAYS out of something and the wait takes 4ever. Just a waste of damn money. Will NEVER order from here again.

I'm not sure why they replaced their Classic Chicken Sandwich with this frozen patty, but it was a huge mistake. Cold, bland, no flavor, and tiny. I should've just gotten regular chicken I suppose. Won't make that mistake again.

Second time ordering from them on Doordash. They always forgetting something in my order. This time I ordered 3 piece meal but got a two piece meal. 6Jalapeño Peppers but only got 3 peppers. It's always something missing. Seems like just plain carelessness. The chicken was good.
