The fried chicken had a strange taste. It was cooked, but lacked good flavor. The okra was dry and seemed like it was sitting under heat lamp for a long. I liked the biscuit and the sweet tea, but that was it.

idk what happened to your chicken sandwich but this is disgusting and disappointing. what happened to the actual piece of fried chicken that was on this sandwich. first time I've ever been disappointed in this restaurant. I want my real chicken sandwich back

The sandwitch was okay. I really enjoy the buns as they are kinda sweet. They fries were crunchy and the jalapeño poppers were spicy and cooked all the way through. Only one small issue. I got zero condiments with my fries and poppers. :/

The family size meals don'toffer enough biscuits. There is no option in the door dash menu for Church's to buy extra biscuits. I called before ordering to ask if I could get 2 extra. They said yes. I placed my order then called them to ask for the 2 extra biscuits. I was politely told that because someone already told me yes they would honor that but it's generally not allowed so it cant happen again. Ok. I get my food. I currently cannot walk or drive. My chicken is dried up and old. My family had to sift through a few halfway edible pieces and deal with it. I am beyond furious. This is not the first time this has happened. The only difference is I cannot go get a replacement. I spent $70. What a waste.

Spent $100 on food and didn't get everything. Called the lady steaming. She corrected me on my tone. But then she worked to make it right so I give her a lot of credit for that. In an hour!!! I should have the rest of my food.
