Chicken was juicy, pipping hot, very fresh and the pieces were a decent size. Mashed potatoes were great, the biscuit was a bit hard and bland, needed to be softer and with more honey. But overall was a good meal.

I just didn't care for the flavor of the fried chicken. I ordered white meat and it wasn't as white as I normally get. It had a dingy look to it and was very greasy. Their sides are way overpriced for the serving size, but they always have been. Just wanted something different and I got it; just didn't enjoy it. There's enough chicken places that I can easily avoid it.

The tenders tasted like slightly crunchy cardboard. The chicken sandwich was slider size, and tasted like cardboard. The mashed potatoes tasted like wet gloopy salty cardboard. The BBQ sauce was nothing but sickly sweet. They forgot to give me the honey mustard sauce, which may have been a good thing.
One positive thing I can say was that the honey butter biscuits tasted good, but only because they were fresh and had the sticky glaze. The driver did place the order correctly on our front porch.
Worst value I've ever known. Would not order there again if it was the last place on earth to eat.

I love their chicken (I always order the 3 piece all white) and their apple pies are also great. The coleslaw is the best from any chicken place I have tried.
unfortunately their delivery track record is horrible, it seems like there is always something wrong with my order, wrong size, wrong item. Doordash is great about making things right but I still don't get to eat my full meal.

the soda tasted watered down. no utensils was provided. no straws were provided. There was barely enough fries in the bag. the mash potatoes was drenched in gray and not enough mash potatoes at all.
