Usually, the chicken is top notch, but the 12PC Chicken this time tasted burnt and smelled like it came out of a smoker's home. Luckily, the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and the macaroni and cheese were like their usual flavors. The biscuits were soft and tasty. Unfortunately, the jalapeno cheese bombers were just jalapenos. I was really disappointed by the lack of quality since Church's is my favorite fried chicken.

weird hard pieces that tasted like cardboard in all the chicken. dry, tasteless and gross. plus they gave me chicken tenders as a sandwich. that's not what I ordered. I'm not paying $6 for a $3 chicken tenders

ordered 2 large fries, very disappointed with how small amount a "large" is for $6.09 each. not worth the money!!!

I had asked for spicy and got original. The coleslaw looked and tasted like it's been there for a while. The only food that tasted good was the mashed potatoes.

The chicken was delicious! The skin was crispy and the meat was juicy.
