First time but will not be the last package is sealed well the chicken is fresh and great taste the meal isnmore than enough for one person me and my husband and even little daughter enjoyed it will order again and again keep it up I believe we just find our best chicken restaurant in town

My dash driver informed me that when he asked for confirmation on my peppers and hot sauce packs, the cashier ignored him

Missing the Honey-Butter Biscuits™
In the Jalapeño Cheese Bombers® there was one that had nothing in it and they tasted like it was sitting out all day !
Fanta® Strawberry was watered down !

I'm usually not the one to complain because the first few times I've ordered from this restaurant I was highly satisfied but the last couple of times I've ordered it has not been as fresh as before even having a taste as if the chicken had been sitting out for a while... I was not able to change my drink or side item. It really makes me want to stop ordering
