10PC Legs & Thighs spicy were dry and didn't feel fresh. maybe it's because I hadn't ordered from this specific location in a while but they do add the salt and pepper on top of the chicken as well which overpowers the chicken and gives it a weird texture.

The chicken was over cooked and dry! The Cole slaw does not have any true taste to it. A total waste of money!

The 2 piece order was suppose to come with coleslaw and there was none in the order. I would like a refund for this order.
The chicken sandwich was the size of a chicken tender. I would like some adjustment on this sandwich. My 3 piece tender order did include my dipping sauce. Please make some adjustment for this.

Chicken wasn't fresh. I can tell visually that's it's been sitting for awhile.
This is unfortunate. Also there's no option for jalapeño peppers on the dash menu. I called the store 5x and got no answer.
