• 7/30/26Usually Church's food is ok but now, the company should be ashamed of itself. I waited for iver a year for the Smokehouse Chicken to come back. Before it was called something more like Bourbon Chicken. They were always large pieces of a half roasted chicken. Everything eas usually very juicy and the skin was so delicious. Now this terrible meal was a very dry teeny, tiny baby chick that they use for small wings and thighs. the breast was so crazy small! It was not a meal. It was for a toddler. The mashed potatoes are now the glue slop that everyone else uses with poorly made dry beef boullion made with thickener. Just awful. The biscuit didn't fare any better. I took a small bite and knew that the old biscuits were not made with the old honey and butter. Ut was butter flavored sugar water slapped on the deep fried biscuits that just had no fluffy inside. Just a paste bomb with no taste. Will never buy this company's food again. Not worth it.

• 11/6/25The chicken tasted so fresh and crispy just how I love it. Everything was still hot when I got it as well so I was able to really enjoy it. The mash potatoes are my favorite. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

• 7/27/25Hey I just wanna let y'all know that y'all absolutely killed it. This is the first time I have ever received a perfect order. Chicken was 10/10. Biscuits were fresh and warm. Unsweetenedtea was unsoured. Thank y'all somuch. Y'all are freaking awesome.

• 7/8/26my 3 piece with 2 breast and a wing... overcooked to start; the wing is bone and fried flower. Also, my order is missing my biscuit. The Dr. Pepper is good though, thanks for that!!!

• 2/25/26Chicken was overcooked dried out and all of my peppers were missing including extra sauces I ordered. Definitely not the first time will be the last I order.specifically from the location on van Buren street. Can't call in line always busy
