What happened Church's Texas Chicken? Today's order was awful. The chicken was dry and cool and so was the fried okra. They both gave a bitter after taste like old oil was used to make them. When I got my order (exactly the same thing) on Monday (05-05-25) the chicken was juicy, warm and freshly cooked and so was the okra. So disappointed, not a 5 star rating today. $15 + taxes, tip, fees wasted and I'm still hungry. The biscuit was the only thing edible and not dried out.

The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo was not spicy and bread arrived very squishy, and fries were worse than some grocery store frozen fries. The Spicy 3 Piece Combo was slightly better, but wasn't spicy in the slightest, chicken was bland. Also didn't get either of the drinks we ordered. The Jalapeño Cheese Bombers® were the highlight, actually had some heat.

The chicken was juicy, not greasy. Cooked just right and not overly salted. The fried okra was equally delicious. My 1st time ordering from here. I'll order again.

I don't want to be that guy but this was definitely the most upsetting churches I have ever had. Chicken drums were super small too like what are they quails? Sides were good tho but cmon people. Fresh as usual and def wouldn't order from this location again.

I did not receive my order correct,I ordered two meals of 3 pieces each and only received 1 meal and the small amount of fries they sent me was awful, I was charge about $35 dollars to only received 1 meal? They should send what we order!
