Packaged very well, with seal built into bag. All of the 12 piece chicken meal was hot, crispy, and tasty! Okra was perfect too, no soggy peices nor burned pieces

Total rip off meal...I guess if you order online you get the leftover crap. Really disappointed. Would give a zero if could.
*** plus ontop of the crappy food that was sent you have to pay 8.50 service charge.
#1. Chicken was over cooked and so was the fried okra.
#2. Ordered a large dirty spicy rice and received 3 smalls Individual cups which is NOT EQUAL to a large in my book.
#3. EACH Individual small dirty rice cup were extra small.
**** look at the picture to see the difference in the burned chicken and the 1 piece of chicken(wing)not burned.
totally difference in color.

My thigh was raw, my wings were old and dry. Thank goodness for the leg and fried okra. I want door dash from this location again. The thigh could not have been cooked for the recommended time.
