I ordered 2 wings and two thighs. I received 4 thighs or back that were stale, hard and cold. I ordered an apple that I did not receive. The biscuits were stale, hard and cold. Bad customer service, would not answer the phone.

Where to start, no flatware, very little gravy on potatoes, don't know how it's possible but extra tough chicken strips like boot leather tough, runny mac n cheese ?? It's supposed to be baked so didn't get that either, wrong drink ordered sweet tea because I don't drink soda and got a bill ole drink of coke You can't make this up.
The biscuits were inedible hard as rocks used to think my ex-wife's biscuits were the hardest ever but the lumpy rocks I was served are now part of the hotels rock bed. Again you can't make this up. Being from Texas and a fan of Churches Chicken I rate this a -1 out of 10. I found nothing good about my meal and I was starving so that should tell you it was probably worse than I even realized. Do not recommend

Did not get what I ordered. I paid for extra ranch I did not get it I paid for 8 pc chicken boneless wings did not get them. They instead gave me 2 drum sticks and thigh. She even called me a woman when I called her.

I understand that the mashed potatoes may have been out so it got substituted with fries but 5 fries is ridiculous
