The fried okra is awful. Very little batter, other things mixed in with the okra, cold and chewy, and only about 10 pieces with crumbs!
The chicken fried steak doesn't have gravy.
One of the pies is broken open, and they taste old.

Ordered 2 pc chicken. Breast and wing. The coke was decent but the portions were so puny! No meat at all on the wing. Just crust and the bread was just as disappointing. For the money, this church's was not worth the price. On a more positive side, the sweet iced tea was good as was the mashed potatoes and gravy. So two stars for the two good items. Sorry church's. You really should try harder.

I got a box of fries that looked like the bottom of the basket, tiny pieces, burned looking, not enough decent size chips to dip into the gravy.

I ordered for pick up through Door Dash in stead of having it delivered. Figured I would just run by and grab it so, I went to pick it up and was told they make it fresh so it wasn't ready. Mind you it was already 11 minutes past the estimated ready/pick up time so it should have already been cooked and ready for me to pick up. Again, it's a Door Dash order for pick up.
Two different employees asked me what order I was waiting for. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes at the counter. Come to find out the food was ready and stacked together in the back before I got there. The boxed food sat there the whole time and had been there before I walked in. When I was asked for the third time which order I was there for she looked at the receipt waiting by the prepared food and bagged it up.
All they needed to do was bag it and let me know they were out of mac n cheese and ask what I would like as a replacement. Instead I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for food that sat on the counter. I have never had a good experience here at this location. They seem to be very unorganized and have poor communication between employees.

I really appreciate that every time I order we receive our order made fresh & hot. Nothing beats fresh Church's Spicy Chicken! I would order again & recommend this location to everyone.
