• 12/8/22All the food was cold, the mashed potatoes felt like they came right out of the refrigerator. I ordered a 3 piece dark meal and I received a breast and 2 wings, the wings were dry. I order 2 of the 5 piece tenders, the breading on the chicken tenders was overly crispy and they were tiny.

• 7/3/25Was charged for 5 pc tender meal I did not request and didn't get.Got sweet tea instead of Dr Pepper. Was charged for jalapeno bombers I did not request. Got charged an extra $1 for 40 oz Dr Pepper I did not receive. Got charged $9.47 for olo price. Don't know what that is

• 8/24/25No biscuits, Mac and cheese tasted old. Chicken tastes like it was deep fried in old oil that hasn't been changed. Quality has definitely dropped.

• 9/3/23Very greasy chicken no taste to it. Do not recommended (kfs by far has more flavor.)
When I was younger it had a different taste.
The mac&cheese is good and mash potatos ok with a little salt.
No taste at all.

• 5/5/26My favorite dish here I've ordered three times but by the last time the jalapeño poppers were empty it was just the crust without cheese not the jalapeño
