Paired with creamy mashed potatoes and a sweet iced tea, it made for a simple but very satisfying meal.

Paired with a sweet iced tea, it helped balance out the richness really well.
Honestly, compared to Popeyes, it just doesn’t compete — Church’s Chicken definitely tastes better in my opinion.

I shared some with my family—the fried chicken skin was still pretty crispy, but it felt like it was either fried a bit too long or had been sitting out for a while. It didn’t have that perfectly golden and juicy feel like the chicken in the 3-piece meal.
