Everything was overcooked and burnt. The chicken was burnt. The biscuit was burnt. The jalapeño pepper was mushy and old. The macaroni and cheese was watery and nasty with chopped up noodles.

The chicken was delicious as usual. And so was the mac and cheese. But I was given a bunch of little containers of mac and cheese. I didn't get crinkle fries-I got mashed potatoes and gravy. Also no drink, just a straw.

it's very mid - unflavored 12PC Chicken - to thick of Mac and cheese - fries were stale and flavorless.. over all would not recommend - oh and the "frosted" 6 Frosted Honey-Butter Biscuits™ were just regular biscuits!! so disappointed

The very last time I will order from here. No corn. ??? Why? Asked for ranch with chicken and even though I ordered over $50 in chicken I got NO ranch at all. Substituted fries were soggy and gross and not nearly enough for the substituted corn. NO biscuits included with the order either.
