• 5/13/25The fries were seasoned because of me--they looked like they came straight from the freezer and want completely cooked before they were dumped in the box. The Jalapeño Cheese Bombers® looked like they weren't cooked completely. Luckily we weren't out and about so I was able to finish cooking it in the air fryer.

• 1/15/25Chicken was drenched in oil. So was the biscuits. They were soggy. I ordered right when they opened and it seems like they just refried leftover chicken from the night before and sold it. Terrible. Waste of money

• 11/14/21The chicken was so dark and hard , the biscuit was burnt . They forgot my apple pie , the mashed potatoes looked like it's been sitting all day . The whole order was horrible. I wish i could post a pic
