Chicken and biscuits are good. The "family" sides are a joke. Definitely not enough to feed 6 like the menu says. They would be a large individual side at any other fast food place. We also didn't receive the extra biscuits we ordered. It's a reminder as to why we don't order Church's chicken anymore.

I ordered okra and the okra was old & burnt.I Also ordered coleslaw and the juice had come out all over the box.

Last two times I ordered from here I got excellent food - fresh and hot. This time around it seems like they got old chicken lying around and threw it back into the grease to "freshen it up". You could clearly tell and did not taste very well: skin was soggy and some areas were clearly overcooked. Sweet tea have very little ice which melted due to the hot tea they poured in there.
