I usually look forward The Smokehouse Chicken in the summer, it's usually delicious but it was dry and unseasoned unusually small. I ordered 2 meals and only got one of my sides, it was the Mac and cheese which was also dry. The drinks that came with it were wrong, I ordered sweet tea and received a diet coke. This was just a horrible experience overall.

The 3PC Chicken was freshly cooked and tasted good, but took much longer than expected. The included side and extra side order of regular Fried Okra portion size was much smaller and a little burntvtadting, which was disappointing. The two small bags of Fried Okra combined used to be the regular size. This was my last time ordering Churches chicken, especially the Fried Okra.

Church's rushed the order and had multiple missing items out of the bag I paid all that money for just the 12PC Chicken that was over cooked and dry and the honey biscuits had NO HONEY very disappointed

The Spicy 2pcs Chicken, white meat combos was not satisfying. It was very dry as if spent too long under warming lamps. The Fried Okra was over cooked (burnt) and the portion size was smaller than anticpated and not the LARGE size as ordered. It was probably close to Regular size. The Fries portion size was less than a regular size, but maybe "kid size" See pictures.
