dry, no flavor, gravy was mostly water. first time it happens so will give this store another chance

Apparently the door dasher mentioned to me that they had the food ready to go before he had arrived to the restaurant, I had placed a 4 piece combo spicy chicken, and didn't even give him the receipt.
I don't know what to believe but I ate my food in disappointment as the chicken was only regular instead of spicy.

Wing box was open and the oil from the wings made a mess in the whole bag. Plus there was no biscuit.

Chicken is so dry from sitting in for hours, Church didn't have biscuits nor Mac & cheese so they were suppose to change it for mashed potatoes which they didn't include in the delivery. All my food was so cold.
