We ordered multiple coffees and they came unlabeled, which made it difficult to deliver the correct coffees to the correct people (especially with milk preferences/allergies). Additionally, the coffees were barely half full, which could have been the product of the foam settling, but I have received full coffees from them in the past.

I wasn't a fan of how finely ground the pretzels were in the caramel pretzel shake. The pieces were about the size of ground flax seed. It gives it a weird chunky texture similar to a thin cream of wheat. It would taste better if the pretzel pieces were a bit larger. The actual flavor was fine but not worth prize.

The Latte i ordered didnt look like the photo at all, it also didn't taste good, I got no hints of the carmel vanilla I ordered.
