Practically everything they serve, including the excellent EGGPLANT PARMIGIANA with the included side of pasta, comes in a more than generous portion. Where every bite is delicious and the fresh bread helps you scoop up those last morsels of flavor from their range of exquisite sauces.
You really cannot go wrong with whatever you choose on this menu. We've tried a good portion of it over the years and it has only gotten better. Always using top quality fresh ingredients, Ciao is a staple of North County and we are lucky to have such an amazing and authentic Italian restaurant nearby!

Cold. Tough thick layer of cheese. Needed more noodles. Very bland. Disappointing and heavy. Lots of meat, but still no flavor. The huge portion of bread was the best thing. Heating it up will make it really crusty.

The meat lasagna tasted tremendous at a time when many places leave out the meat. Really nice sized portion for the price. Everything was great, fresh bread too; very important. All the chicken dishes have been fantastic as we order here often.

The GNOCCHI is insane- the best I've ever had. Lasagna was also wonderfully authentic and delicious. Portion size to price ratio was also good considering the excellent quality. 10/10 recommend!

Food always comes piping hot and we are in the extended area range. Ive had both the fettuccine Fettuccine Alfredo and the penne Al La vodka and both are perfection. We also love the Chicken Parmigiana and Garlic Bread Parmigiana. After eating in Italy, this place is the best Italian food.
