This place never disappoints!! Meat is always cooked perfect and flavorful. I do my happy food dance every time I order from them. Just like having a home cooked meal!

My go to whenever I'm craving some Spanish food at a good price, love getting the pork shoulder, pinto beans, and sweet plantains specifically. They gave me more than 4 plantains so that made it even better!

The pork shoulder was very dry. No sauce of any kind. No inherent moisture from braising (think it was braised and then left under a heat lamp for hours or something). Then, my first bite was a giant salt bomb. No actual flavor. Just salt. It was that way throughout. The spanish rice and beans were less salty, but with no other flavor. Just salt again. So disappointing! I ordered from here expecting some lovely Dominican flavors. The fried sweet plantains were fine. Good thing it was cheap!

The roasted spareribs where too sweet for me, rate 6/10. I had 2 different kinds of beans in my rice. Looked like rice made originally with beans plus other beans poured on top (the flavor was okay though). The tamarindo juice tasted overly artificial I'd rate 4/10

I love this place and go all the time but if I was there I wouldn't have bought the Fried sweet plantains that looked like this. They're all dryed up and not sweet.
