Center of the roll was made with what felt and tasted like old crispy edges of stale cinnamon buns. Then it was completely DRENCHED and smothered in caramel and pecans. I had to dig through the toppings to get to the roll and there wasn't much roll to find. It was a complete and utter waste of money.

There was absolutely no cinnamon on the bites and they were ice cold. The frosting also was flavorless. My worst Cinnabon experience. Will not be ordering again. I wish I knew which location my order came from so this could be taken up with management. Definitely don't recommend. They went straight to the trash. Money wasted. Not happy at all.

BonBites™ CinnaPacks™ was good but it was missing one. And they included the extra icing which they usually don't so that was perfect! Came fresh and tasted great once warmed up. I would definitely order again

sides and bottom were hard. bottom stuck to the box couldn't even eat it. might have been over heated.
