I get Cinnabon often. From this location it was hard and dry. The flavor was totally off too, almost had a maple taste to it. I won't be ordering Cinnabon on here anymore. The closest location open was not my usual location.

These were not cooked thoroughly and are completely undercooked and slightly raw. The caramel pecan roll is almost frozen so they are not consistent.

Flavors were not there. Don't taste like normal Cinnabon. Took a long time. Wasn't ready for my dasher to pick up. Almost 1 hr to make 3 rolls...

Cashier was rude from the start. I informed her that I was picking up my order that I placed through DoorDash. She touched the tablet and said she didn't see it. I had never ordered for pick up through DoorDash so I asked if it was there. She stated "I don't know. I was on break." She asked what the order was and I told her. She made my order, and when she was bagging my order she forgot to include the extra frosting I paid for. I let her know that I had ordered it. She huffed loudly and threw it in the bag. She finished packaging my order and slammed it down on the counter and didn't say anything. Completely rude and lack of customer service.
