This was our first visit and the PadThai Noodles and Drunken Noodles were both large portions and very flavorful. The Boeuf Stroganoff was savory and creamy with plenty of tender beef and mushrooms. We ate them all before we thought about taking pictures. We will definitely eat here again for these dishes, but also to try more of the menu. This is already one of Ruidoso's best restaurants.

I've lost count of how many times I've ordered food from this place. But every single time the cusine is hands down the best thing in Lincoln Co. Especially the Chicken Shawarma and the Bread Pudding with Crème Anglaise. Man I'm ready to order again just thinking about it. Thanks Chef!

This was my first time ordering from Circa & what a delight! Talk about a Bang for your Buck! I ordered the Drunken Noodles & that portion alone could be Lunch and Dinner for me! The flavor profile was incredible & the veggies were cooked to perfection! This was the best treat yourself lunch I've done in a while! This easily is my new favorite place in town. The care they took with how it's packaged all the way down to the sticker on the lid! 10/10 would recommend - only ever ordering from here if I'm eating out for sure!

Wouldn't say it's Pad Thai, more like a stir fry. Never had traditional Pad Thai with so many veggies. Salad was subpar and small. Otherwise it was good! Happy to have more options in town
