The corn bread we received was HARD as a BRICK. At the price of $4.29 for something smaller than a hamburger bun it was very disappointing.

I arrived early for my pickup order at City Barbeque and the moment I stepped out of the car, the aroma of real hardwood smoke hit me like a Southern symphony drifting through the parking lot. That was the moment I knew I had stumbled onto something special. 🔥
Inside, the entire place felt alive with the kind of authenticity you can’t fake. Every side dish was incredible. Not “pretty good for a chain” incredible. I mean genuinely unforgettable. The kind of sides where you stop mid-bite and point at the container like you’ve discovered buried treasure.
And the BBQ sandwiches? Absolutely unreal. I’ve toured across the nation and eaten barbecue from coast to coast, roadside smoke shacks to famous city staples, and these were honestly some of the best BBQ sandwiches I’ve ever had. Tender, smoky, flavorful perfection stacked between bread like edible engineering.

Pork and ribs were dry and sausage was very salty. Beans were excellent except for the huge hunk of fat in them. Potato salad was above average. Corn pudding was like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan. Mac and cheese was overcooked with virtually no flavor. I love bbq and this was my first and last time ordering from here. Not worth the $70 for a meal for two!

OMG! I ordered the Not a Sloppy Joe and it was the best thing I have ever ordered from door dash! The flavor, texture and sauce were perfection. The medley of these three meat selections have me wanting to order it again tomorrow!!!!

honestly the food tasted good but the portion size was LAUGHABLE! I just paid over $100 for food and it barely fed 4 men. The individual sides were TINY. Maybe 1/4 cup of green beans in the container. Very disappointed in this order.
