We asked for the egg to be removed from the English muffin sandwich and they did not remove it. Also it was burnt and barely edible. Never had such bad service before but this time it was not good.

Suggestion: One thing I think would nice is if your breakfast sandwiches werent all spicy... I would buy more from you but there are only like 2 or so that arent n the cibotta with "bacon" that i got this morning you couldnt even tell there was bacon in it... get more NON SPICY sandwiches please, not everyone likes spicy... other than that my coffee is always great...
