Ordered a medium latte and it arrived a quarter empty & I haven't taken a single drink of it. I was a barista for 11 years and I know it's not hard to feel when a cup is not full. Not super happy since it was almost $7. Please do better, City Brew.

ordered a large hot drink got what amounts to a medium. no sandwich they did refund that. no call to see if i wanted something else. will go to the mudd hut in the future. Also the matcha order had little if any matcha it wasn't even green

Called the store to find out why the Strawberry Donut that is being advertised isn't on the menu. Mya told me it's because they're still out of it. Last two times I tried getting it (last week) it was out too. Really would be great to actually have items being advertised, especially things that are LTO. Then asked Mya about the 50% Off Select Items Deal from DoorDash and was told that it "usually applies to everything" but it states "select items" so that seems like a stretch. Was then told I could always contact the district manager for more information. I told her that I usually try to contact the actual store before having to go up the chain of command (Corporate/Franchise Management). I'll just go to a different coffee shop again until they get it together.

The coffee was great! The Ciabatta Sandwich was good, however the bread was a bit tough on the edges and there was only one strip of bacon on the Sammy.

I didn't get a straw for my Campfire Mocha Frappe but luckily I found a straw so I could enjoy better, Double Stack Pretzel Sandwich was spicy! but so good 👍
