Went to the pb location to pick up a taco of the Taco of the Month - FEB because I have had good luck with them in the past.
The pb employees are really nice and welcoming.
The taco of the Taco of the Month - FEB was not the same as it was on the door dash app. The app listed it as having chicken and butternut squash, which sounds amazing. Only to find out the Feb taco called the green machine, which is tempura green beans and I like both of those, so I dug in. Only to find out the only protein in these tacos comes from the 3 green beans (it takes a cup of them for 2 gr of protein), so I got like a third of a gram). It was tasty, and will serve my vegan friends well, but it left me disappointed. No fault of the pb staff, it is all on the person tasked with updating the app because I ordered based on the description.

SHOCKINGLY GOOD! The combination of toppings with the proteins is very thoughtful and delicious - definitely not your average SD taco shop. The portions are generous, which is refreshing. Everything was fresh and perfectly packed for a to-go order. Will be ordering again.

The potato tacos were my favourite, with nacho cheese—yummy!
The fish taco was 10/10,
the carne asada taco I didn’t like as much, 8/10.
The corn tortillas seem to be handmade, which was a nice touch.
PS. They forgot to include the SALSA :( , but I would definitely order from there again.

SIDE OF GUAC PORTION 4oz seemed stale and tasted funny. The POLLO CITY tacos had bland chicken and the proportions of meat seemed crazy. Felt like i was eating a slab of grilled chicken. Going to stay away from DoorDashing this. Maybe in person is nice?

Skip the GUACAMOLE & CHIPS - they give you a small salsa cup (like at a self-serve salsa bar) with the guacamole and it's a huge ripoff for the price. You definitely want the MEXICALI tacos
