The salad was a bed of spinach leaves with turkey lunch meat on it... not good! The bread pudding tasted like nothing and was oily

When you have the option to add blueberries and chocolate chips they should specify that it's for garnish ONLY.
The packaging was so bad. It was clear they didn't care that the bag closed. All my food items were easily accessible for others so touch. Gross.
Plus C'mon! Butter placed inside the pancake tray. It's all melted. No care whatsoever.

They charge you more on door dash than they would in store
Z sand which is 18 plus tax in store and 23 plus tax on DoorDash. .

The food is great but attention to detail is horrific. This is the THIRD time they are missing an item in our order. Last Saturday and Sunday we ordered two days consecutively, and both days the very same item was missing. We figured the first time it was just a mistake so we ordered again next day and yet again, same missing item.
Fast forward to today, we ordered and to our surprise, another missing item. It's not about the money, it's about the persons food missing, ruins the entire experience. When I called the store the woman I spoke to said she would offer a gift certificate for the value of the two missing items (which are $25 burritos) valuing $50. She then backtracked and said we can come get a burrito for free. I didn't even bother calling the store today. It's just ridiculous.
