I had two sandwiches (brunch/dinner) and was stuffed. The Arnold Wrap was a protein BOMB! Amazing amount of meat will order again. Turkey Burnt End Cuban Flatbread was delicious and I even liked the sweet potato fries. This place exceeded expectations and I will be ordering again.

I’m torn on this place. It’s really good and healthy, but they skimp on portions. First time I ordered a large bison bowl and it had only 4oz of meat. Second time I order a chicken bowl and it has ~6 oz of meat. I think they need bigger takeout containers or something…? I called after the bison bowl because I was shocked and talked to one of the owners (the wife) and she sounded surprised, but looking at the reviews on DoorDash and it seems like a common issue. Idk if it’s lazy employees who don’t want to weigh it but they really should fix this. They claim they weigh the meat after cooking for all meat aside from the bison, but it wouldn’t shrink by half, and the chicken was 2oz short. People who order from here are going to weigh their food. I would totally switch over from protein house (which I order legit everyday m-f) if this place fixed their protein amount. Protein house is actually generous and when you order 8oz you often get 9-10oz I do like the sauces they offer tzatziki and queso) and the veggies appear to be steamed so no additional oils which is good.

My only regret is not finding you sooner! Fresh and delicious. The Arnold Wrap was very hearty and portion was very generous. So much that I will have a snack later! I wish I would have ordered a large Chocolate Peanut Butter Iced Coffee!!! My new addiction! Highly recommend.

A had a medium bowl with the gluten free breaded chicken, broccoli, spinach, carrots and the quinoa & kale base with sweet chili sauce and it's so delicious! The chicken is nice and crispy on the outside and the sauce blends so well with a nice balance of sweet and spicy!!

Probably won't order again but good portion size. I got the nugget dinner which wasn't bad, there were only like 3 sweet potato fries but luckily I got edamame and carrots as well. The broccoli wasn't my favorite but there was a good portion of that and the chicken. I appreciate that the chicken is gluten free. The ranch was pretty good, not a lot of flavor, but the peanut sauce tasted like coconut milk and didn't really add flavor or taste like how it should other than the slight coconut aftertaste and super watery consistency. I was excited for the Dirty Peanut but it tasts almost like flavored water with a very distant peanut taste, no chocolate taste, and a grainy texture.
