The directions that were left were followed perfectly. The ice cream was not melted at all and the lava cake was delicious. There was even a hand written note with the order on specific instructions on how to heat the lava cake up at home. By far the best DoorDash meal And experience I've ever had.

Truly amazing ice cream and customer service. Since I've moved to St. Louis a year ago, I've tried 3 places and this one I go back the most. Not only do they serve amazing ice cream with perfect taste and texture, they also serve the most amazing pup cups that are homemade and nutrient rich that my pups are head over heels for but they know how to lift someone up. I ordered through door dash today and not only did I get my 2 pints of Midnight Pleasure (A FAV) and the Decadent Coffee, I also got a simple gesture of encouragement that I truly needed. I was recently diagnosed with several mental health issues and sometimes go into a manic state that I can't seem to crawl out of no matter how badly I want to. To either the store employee or my dasher, Edward, Thank You. You know not truly what that meant to me. I haven't smiled like that in over a month. The hand drawn 2 scoop ice cream cone under my name at the top of the bag and the "Have a good day" with a smile face at the bottom was truly meaningful to me. The ice cream, especially the vegan is always made with love, and now I see where that love comes from and I couldn't be more appreciative! Will forever be a favorite of mine. Not only is the taste exquisite but the customer service is as well. Thank you again!

Paid $2 for hot fudge and received less than a 1/2 a teaspoon in a small cup for a $12 pint of ice-cream. Ice cream is good but service disappointing.

I have loved this ice cream since I moved to St. Louis last year. This time when it was delivered, someone drew a double scoop ice cream cone at the top of the bag, under my name, and wrote "Have a good day" at the bottom of the bag with a smile face. Above and beyond and the customer service in the store is just as wonderful. I've tried 2 other ice cream joints but this is the one place that I can count on to put me where I need to be, especially when I have manic downs, it always brings me up. You all don't know how much this means to me being a newly diagnosed mental health patient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I truly needed this! Victoria C!!

Just starting the dairy free journey. That was perfect for a sweet dessert that doesn't make my stomach hurt. Big enough to have it for the next day and will order it again.
