I ordered breakfast for my last at of vacation with my mother. She can be a picky eater but we both loved it! The Strawberry Cream with Strawberry and Souffle Sunrise were delicous and could have fed several more people with the amount in it. I have always wanted to try a Butterfly Pea Tea Latte and it did not fail and mother loved the Assam Black Milk Tea 22 oz.

So good! The pancakes aren't too sweet so they're perfect for me! There's quite a lot of strawberries on the Strawberry Cream with Strawberry and the crunch from the macadamia nuts on the Salted Cream Cheese with Macadamia Nut is excellent. I love the Purple Rice Roll too!

The Braised Pork & Tea Egg with Rice is so flavorful and ono. It has dried shiitake mushrooms and onions cut small. The Chocolate Cream with Oreo Chips and Salted Cream Cheese with Macadamia Nut were for the keiki & they loveddd it. The soufflé pancakes are so light and fluffy. Mahalo!! :) <3

Cloud 9 is a must stop for soufflé pancakes. We like to order extra chocolate cream and strawberry cream. Both the Strawberry Cream with Strawberry and Cho Cream with Oreo Chipscolate taste great with it!

I give it to 3 stars because the presentation is nice. As for taste wise, it's ok. I thought it would be more flavorful. The Ham Castella Sandwich with Chips was wrapped nicely but needed more ham.
