4 of us got the $12 Clutch Wrap Combo , nobody liked it. The wrap was flimsy, not filled, not at all like the picture, the greens were soggy and it came with pickles (description did not say pickles).Seemed very cheaply and carelessly made. And the fries tasted stale. Another one of us got the Loaded Tender Fries and asked for no pickles and got pickles. Would NOT order again or suggest.

Not sure if it's just this location or because of the $12 combo box, but I frequent at another Clutch City Cluckers a lot, so the quality of what I received today is unacceptable.
I ordered the Cluck It Like Its Hot combo, as I always do and it just happens to be $12 today.. In the box were a few waffle fries and between the bread was 1 piece of chicken tender (broken in half, not seasoned), little to no sauce, and literally a few pieces of slaw.
The pictures I took did no justice. Horrible and will not be back at that location.

I ordered the $12 Cluckers Salad, which was quite tasty. However, the main issue is the portion size and the minimal amount of sauce. The Westheimer location in Montrose consistently fails to meet expectations. It’s always an issue with the temperature, quality, or other inconsistencies.

Wings a good portion they were fried as I asked lightly, but the portion of my fries were missing and my box was open in the bag. kind of disappointed with the presentation, but maybe today's the one off I have ordered here before

I can't tell you how much I loved the loaded fries! they were amazing, being the hospital for over 3 months having to eat bland, over/undercooked food has been difficult. the portions for the price were amazing. I only wish there was a clutch city cluckers closer to my home in conroe. keep doing the thing. thank you for such a special unique experience.. highly recommend.
