I didn't receive half of my order. Coco's in "our" neighborhood on 81st & Stony is very unprofessional. They never, ever answer their phone. They treat "us" any kind of way. The Coco's downtown on Clark Street always answer their phone. They have good customer service. A professional place of business should always answer their phone, no matter how busy they are. I hope the Coco's on 81st & Stony Island improve on their Customer Service because Customer Service is the biggest reason why I spend my money and support a restaurant.
