Our cookies are developed and prepared in-house. They're popular for being soft but not buttery and not-to-sweet compared to those traditional cookies. We put lots of chips and nuts in every cookie instead of putting overwhelming amount of flour.

Every retail coffee bag is 1/2 pound (227g). We abide by our first-in-first-out rule when we ship out the retail coffee beans. Each bag's shelf life is approximately 1.5 month depending on the origin, roasting level, and also how they are stored. Store them in dry cool place, ideally in your kitchen cabinet or drawer, where the coffee beans can't absorb much smell or moisture, ideally inside a vacuum-sealed container.
