Asked for the strawberry ice cream as pictured on the app and the staff ensured my 5 yr old got exactly as asked for. Generous portion. 10/10 service, presentation, and taste. Will happily order from again!

Ordered the large take home tub with mix in's (with door dash pick up) they made up a small cup in stead. When I called to ask to be fixed, Rutherford Cold Rock blamed door dash even though they made the it wrong, (don't see how that was a door dash problem as even had a correct order description on receipt attached to bag,) then told me their website was changed so large tub doesn't mean that anymore.
Quite rudely told me there is nothing she can do about it, that I have to make a complaint to their head office to get my money back
Order wasn't cheap either :(

Half melted ice cream, stingey on the add ins and comes in a container smaller than Chinese sweet N sour sauce.
