There is barely any brownie in here and I can't taste the fudge at all. Normally it's distributed nicely but when I got it it was all over the place. And i don't know maybe it's just me but the ice cream tasted old or not as fresh as it normally is. I get the same thing everytime and this is the first time it has been horrible.

Ice cream container wasn't full, I ordered a quart size ice cream and I am used to receiving a full (completely packed) container. Considering the price, this was really unacceptable

I ordered a waffle bowl with my ice cream because the menu said it would be on the side. But instead the ice cream was in the waffle bowl and the bowl is all soggy. I wouldn't have paid the extra $2 for the waffle bowl if I'd known they would mess it up like this!

I don't know about you, but the pressure of creating your own ice cream with all those options and pictures of delectables in the actual store is too much. My brain spasms and panic sets in as I question my choices and make last second impulse changes to my mix in selections.
...Not so from the comfort of my couch! I could close my eyes and imagine mix in flavors that compliment each other perfectly without the pressure of glamorous, colorful jars of cookies and confections. This was just what I needed.
Also, if you need some inspiration: Sweet cream ice cream with fudge, brownie, cherry pie filling and peanuts is divine.
My driver was on time and holding ice cream sooo.... 10 out of 10 would recommend.
