Overpriced for what you get let's be real a scoop of ice cream should not cost $11 and a small shake should not cost $11. The taste was ther but felt disappointed on how much I got for $22. What a shame.

I ordered their coffee ice cream last night. It was old and had ice in it. Instead of being creamy, it crumbled. I threw it out. I cannot remember in my life time tossing ice cream. It has never happened there before. They are not checking the freshness of their product.

The chocolate ice cream I ordered had frozen strawberry pieces in it for some reason but barely any brownies and no fudge. Not sure what happened.

Delicious ice cream but they got my order wrong. I ordered the Chocolate Devotion®and Surrender to Strawberry™. Both are great but they forgot the waffle bowl and the cake pieces in the Surrender to Strawberry™

I'm not sure if it was the driver or the location but this didn't travel well it looks completely broken but it also doesn't look like it melted and moved. It kinda looks like this is how they made it at the store. Maybe next time I order it. I'll have to go in person, but that's unfortunate. This is the first time I've ever ordered this.  it does taste pretty good. I am of course these have to be made fresh. It's a little bigger than I expected. Just a little funky looking lol
