I ordered the quart size with reeses and kit kat, and there were 2 pieces of kit kat broken in half shoved in the middle, and like 1 squashed Reese's cup, then just a full quart of sweet cream ice cream. I mean the ice cream is good but you come for the mix-ins, and I got what was meant for probably a small serving. Disappointing... hopefully this is a fluke.

We ordered custom creations with add ons, We only received basic vanilla and chocolate with nothing added. This was an expensive treat, we were sad to have been jipped.

This store i SOOO sting with their toppings. It was all Surrender to Strawberry™ strawberry ice cream and barely any cake or whipped cream. If you get the Surrender to Strawberry™ pay extra for more toppings. You're gonna want them

Birthday Cake Remix™ and Founder's Favorite® did not have brownie chunks. It was more of a crumb that made a soggy grainy texture that was unpleasant. Neither were topped with chocolate syrup. It was hard to differentiate the 2 ice creams by sight even though they look very different in the pictures because the Birthday Cake Remix™ also didn't have any sprinkles which was the only reason we ordered. The waffle bowl was as expected.
