Crazy price for the tiniest cup our mom n pop ice cream places in sonoma give way more ice cream for less cost

Hardly any fudge and caramel. When I dug into it the middle was just ice cream which means it wasn't mixed in well like it usually is

Well, Photo explains it all. First negative review in a long time. The backdrop is I pre ordered online, upon arriving and already it was incorrect and had dairy. The young lady at first tried to justify the mistake but came to reality quickly(What I received was sweet cream) when I politely said "I'm sorry but the only non dairy you have only comes in chocolate" I'm sympathetic so I told her no worries finish all the customers currently in line. That being said after all said and done I trusted it was going to be fine 10m later she bags my order I leave the store. A short 5m drive later I take peek and as pic shows I was disappointed to say the least, second time at this Petaluma location. And I apologize it may have been a bad day although I feel obligated to share my experience simply because this is a $10 dollar ice cream a luxury to indulge on that we as customers are willing to pay more for reassured that we are receiving a quality product. Thank you

I previously reviwed this location and gave them 3 stars. Im amending it to 1. I spent $35 on ice cream and tipped the door dash person $20 because I live far away. Which they deserved. But the employees who mixed my ice cream should be fired. It was Friday night March 14. Not only is it not mixed but there is hardly any mix ins at all. Truly the worst ever. I'll never order from the Petaluma location again.
