Both items were runny and the PB Cup Peanut Butter Cup Perfection®was supposed to have a Waffle cone bowl and we got a plain paper one. My Chocolate Silk® Shake I also paid extra for Peanut Butter to be put in it and they didn't add it either.

They did not mix in the toppings and just piled them on top. Although they left a note apologizing, I cannot seem to understand why they weren't able to mix it.
