Shakes are much smaller than they were when we ordered the same order just a couple days ago?? They are in small cheap plastic cups that aren't even brand labeled. Not worth $30 for two.

I have ordered from Cold Stones quite a bit this month and this is th first time the waffle bowl was not fresh, it was old and hard. My ice cream also arrived melted because driver late but as far as what the store can control, the waffle bowl was unfortunately not good

Ordered birthday cake remix with brownies and fudge and just basically got ice cream with no toppings. Also came in two cups like they gave me a like it size and put a second love it cup in the outside to disguise it

I cannot believe how small the ice cream portions are now. I am mortified that I paid so much money for 3 minuscule cups of ice cream. What a rip. I will stick to Baskin Robbins or 7-11 from now on. I learned my lesson.

The portion was so small. I thought it would be at least the size of a medium drink for $14.00. Such a disappointment and a waste of money. The delivery came on time though.
