• 8/8/25wow, for over 20$,these are the smallest 'cupcakes' I have ever seen. childs teacup sized cupcake maybe... and I would have expected a little more in flavor, they were fresh, but very bland. Mostly icing. think the cut up one cupcake and put a piece at the bottom, a little ssqueeze of fuge, one tiny scoop of ice cream, and more icing than anything. Save your money. Not ordering again.

• 6/24/22ice cream is great but the staff is very difficult. once my dasher got to the store they claimed my order never went through and refused to make my ice cream. thankfully i was able to show them that the order went through and was paid for and later received my ice cream. i can only imagine how many other paying customers have gone through the same thing.

• 7/17/23The Birthday Cake Remix™ and Mix & Go Create Your Own Creation™ was good but I call to ask if they could just add whip cream and cerry to the top both my kids love cherries and I did just place the order so it was not there on their end so I just asked nicely to make a note to add that to the order and whom ever took the message did not do as ask . Really door dash needs to have aplace to add spe directions or request .

• 4/3/25Every time I order the same thing and every time they do not put in the brownies that is supposed to be in there! I even paid extra for the brownie but still they don't bother to add a single chunk of it!
