• 4/27/25Portions were pretty good except the Berry Berry Berry Good® was lacking in the berries department. It was mostly the sweet cream ice cream with just a sprinkle of berries. I love the sweet cream ice cream and had added a caramel topping so it was yumny...but wished they had given some more of the berries like other cold stones. I had a gotta have it size but had berries that were appropriate for a like it size. Maybe they were having an off day. My other flavor orders were just fine no comments from the kiddos. Would've taken a picture but everyone inhaled the cold stone as soon as we got it because it was a sweet ending to a dance convention/competition evening.

• 9/14/25Coffee Lovers is the perfect blend of crunchyness and the flavor of the ice cream is gourmet. I always add Roasted Almonds and they are ALWAYS FRESH and CRISPY To Chew, ONLY in AMERICA.

• 1/18/23Props to the customer service! I ordered the Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip® with a waffle cone late at night. I received a less than satisfactory waffle bowl (overdone or not fresh and broken), but in turn they increased my size and excellently churned together the ingredients. Best mixing experience I've had!

• 5 days agoCold Stone cake batter shakes are my absolute favorite, but I felt compelled to share my experience because it was my second visit to this particular store that the Cake Batter™ n’ Shake tasted distinctly different—and not in a good way. The aftertaste was absolutely disgusting, resembling dishwasher soap. After the second sip, I couldn’t bring myself to finish it, so I tried to see if my dog would have a few licks, but even she refused. That’s when I realized that this wasn’t just my personal taste. Lol I won’t be ordering this particular shake from this store again. On the bright side, I also ordered the REESE’S Peanut Butter Awesome Sauce ice cream, which was really good. It’s only the shakes that I’ve had a problem with this store.

• 9/30/25Chocolate Devotion® was delicious, but brownie bits need to be larger. I wasn't even sure if there were any. Was very delicious and appreciate the lids being completely filled too.
