• 2/14/26This wasn’t a good experience. The pre-packaged Founder’s Favorite was crystallized and tasted freezer burned. The texture was bland and crunchy—not from the nuts, but from the cream itself. Instead of being smooth and creamy, it was icy and crystallized, almost like it had been freeze-dried.
Unfortunately, the pre-packaged version has consistently been disappointing.

• 2/14/26This order was disappointing. More than half of the Founder’s Favorite was just sweet cream and lacked flavor. There was a small amount of mint at the bottom, which makes me think it may not have been prepared correctly or the scoop wasn’t cleaned between orders. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations.

• 12/2/22Everything tastes great! When I ordered, I requested additional mix-ins (gummy bears in one and cookie dough in the other) and there was only the normal mix-in amount. Would have liked to see a little more since I paid for the extra.

• 10/4/25Ordered Coffee Lovers Only®, and it had maybe 2 small chunks of topping with the smallest amount of carmel in it... It was basically just a scoop of coffee ice cream... They also forgothe waffle bowl. Very disappointing order all around.

• 8/14/22I think I got the wrong order. Was good but paid $16 for a small shake and and had the wrong toppings in it.
