• 4/18/25pretty pricey for one scoop size cup $12. Good ice cream however they need to improve on their delivery packaging I had 4 ice creams leaking all over the paperbag and on the cups.

• 5/18/23I order from this local ColdStone at least 3X per month; averaging $38.00 each time. That's $114 a month. I didn't mind paying the price asked, but my past 2 orders were extremely short in filling the carton to it's top! I get it, times or tough, but don't expect me to keep purchasing ice cream from your shop... Not when your main competitor (((BASKIN-ROBBINS 31 FLAVORS))) is right down the street. I'm a patron that when short-changed by a company/restaurant/Car Dealership (you get my point) I reach out to
(((CUSTOMER SERVICE))) to share my experience, but Ive yet to hear back from ColdStone Creamery

• 11/23/23the penut Peanut Butter Cup Perfection® was not up to par...I barely had any penut butter cups. I am not one to complain but paying $15 for this is ridiculous $17.50 with dasher tip
