Inconsistent. Ordered German choc cake. The 16.00 one is smaller than the 12.00 one. No brownies in it this time - 2nd time. So disappointed. Guess it depends on who makes it at the store. Sometimes it's great with lots of brownies - sometimes it sucks - barely any crumbs.

Shake was "watery," as if it was made as soon as the order was received and left out till the dasher arrived. As expensive as they are, one would think Cold Stone Creamery would use insulated cups. This has happened two times in a row. I didn't comment on it the last time. I won't order shakes from them again.

The strawberry blonde ice cream they gave me was such a small amount for the price they charged me. It was disappointing for how much I paid for it.

Ice cream was melted when we got it (which in part was because th dasher didn't ring our doorbell as asked). Chocolate ice cream had NO Reese's in it. Mint barely had any fudge. Very underwhelming.

I ordered the pint of ice cream and it wasn't even filled to the top. The left about almost half out. Not worth it for the price.
